Management of infected pancreatic necrosis: A single center experience

Multimodal approach with less invasive techniques can delay or even avoid surgery with lower complications rate. Conclusions: The step-up approach for infected pancreatic necrosis allows us to avoid surgery in most cases. 41.7% of our patients required only medical treatment.
