Therapeutic management in patients with exocrine pancreatic insufficiency (EPI): First experience with the 13C-mixed triglyceride breath test (Pancreo-kit®)
Aim: assessing the 13C-mixed triglyceride breath test (Pancreo-kit®, 13C-TRG) influence in the management of EPI patients. Ten patients had received pancreatic or gastric surgery; 5 had alcohol abuse history; 14 patients had previous EPI (by fecal-elastase or Van de Kamer), being under ERT.
