As the spokesperson for imperialism, US Pres George W. Bush came gives his recipes for maintaining the current scheme of domination, exploitation and pillage over the peoples of the world. The United Nations system that emerged after World War II has collapsed, shattered, it does not work anymore. God knows why the US government has started an open an immoral aggression in the whole world to hinder Venezuela from being freely elected to obtain a seat on the Security Council.
