More specifically, the study focuses on comparing: 1. the effectiveness of different media on individual investors' investment decisions, 2. the degree of an investor's reliance on various sources of investment information/knowledge, 3. the source of credibility of investment brokers, and 4. the impact of major source characteristics on the information persuasiveness between American investors and their Eastern Asian counterparts.
