GW28-e0861 The role of Holter in the diagnosis of early repolarization pattern

In all included 500 patients with ERP, the highest magnitude of J-point elevation, altitude of R wave, the ratio between J-point elevation magnitude and R-wave amplitude on the same ECG lead (J/R ratio), QRS interval and QT/QTc in Holter and surface 12-lead ECG were measured. J-point elevation magni...

Description
Summary:In all included 500 patients with ERP, the highest magnitude of J-point elevation, altitude of R wave, the ratio between J-point elevation magnitude and R-wave amplitude on the same ECG lead (J/R ratio), QRS interval and QT/QTc in Holter and surface 12-lead ECG were measured. J-point elevation magnitude maximum value in Holter at night had a negative correlation with heart rate (HR) (r=-0.15, p=0.0007) and QTc (r=-0.13, p=0.0043), but it had a positive correlation with altitude of R wave(r=0.46, p
