Reducing the Risk of Flooding by Using Hydro Complexes Distributed on the Drainage Basin

The problem of protecting lands from flooding caused by flash floods is analyzed. It is suggested to reduce the risk of floods by a system of hydro complexes distributed on the drainage basin.
