Description
Summary:Background Current guideline recommends immediate coronary angiography within 2 hours after admission in patients with non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) complicated by acute heart failure (HF). In multivariate analysis, PCI within 2 hours increased the risk of in-hospital cardiac death compared to those who underwent PCI later (hazard ratio [HR] 1.92, 95% confidence interval [CI] 1.09-3.38, p = 0.024].
