In this situation, the actions of government aim to begin economic recovery and so create jobs. It affects the work quantity and not quality. The objective of this article is to measure the employment quality in the Spanish regions before and after the crisis. To achieve this goal, we use the P2 distance method to compose a Synthetic Dynamics Indicator of Quality of Work from 2000 to 2010. The study results show a deterioration in job quality in the different regions during the period accompanied by an increase in spatial polarization in terms of levels of job quality.
