For the first time, in metallurgical practice under casting and rolling complex conditions a general concept of technology is developed for extra-furnace treatment and casting of steel with specifications for HIC and SSC with simultaneous provision of rolled product cold resistance (KCV at –50°C, KCU at –60°C), and based upon it assimilation of rolled product and oil and gas pipe mass production. |
