Because L testaceipes Cresson parasitizes in hosts and its egg, larva and pupa all spent in host body, it is difficult to study the effective accumulated temperature and development threshold temperature of egg, larva and pupa, respectively. [...]development threshold temperature statistically calculated by small time intervals (egg to mummy, mummy to adult, egg to adult) were used to reflect the dynamic development process of L, testaceipes Cresson. 1.1 Materials 1.1.1 Parasitoids. According to T = C + KV, the regression equation between temperature and growth rate was established, and correlation analysis between temperature and growth rate were conducted using DPS software. According to the developmental threshold temperature, effective accumulated temperature and release date from mummy to adult, the incubation temperature in artificial breeding could be calculated according to prediction formula of developmental duration, in order to effectively control the emergence progress of wasp.
