The 2004 winners received a plaque and a check for $750. Recognition for outstanding teaching was given in each of the following categories: (a) Robert S. Daniel Award (4-year college or university professor), (b) 2-year College Award, (c) Moffett Memorial Award (high school teacher), and (d) McKeachie Early Career Award (graduate student).
