Phnom Penh at a Crossroad

Quick Tour Phnom Penh is in south-central Cambodia at the confluence of the Mekong, Bassac, and Tonle Sap Rivers (Figure 1). Because the rivers form an 'X' shape as they converge, the city has also been called Krong Chaktomuk, the "city of four faces."
