Summary:It rarely happens that an issue of Casopis za Kritiko Znanosti is created as an open platform that has the potential to respond directly to relevant social events. When we started to create this issue well over two years ago, in the belief that migration is one of the key issues of today, we were unpleasantly surprised by the responses of the narrower and wider surroundings. More recently, the field of migration and refugees for the general public seemed a very marginal topic. It seems that the key issues in this field have been exhausted, which was allegedly confirmed by the absence of migrant and refugee studies in Slovenia.
