Clozapine in drug-induced psychosis in Parkinson's disease

Clozapine, an atypical neuroleptic with low incidence of extrapyramidal symptoms but which may induce agranulocytosis, has been used since 1985 in the treatment of drug-induced psychosis in Parkinson's disease.
