Longitudinal hysteroscopic follow-up during tamoxifen treatment
Tamoxifen, which is the first treatment choice for postmenopausal women with breast cancer, is examined. A study found that in women on tamoxifen for up to 6 years versus longer than 6 years, there was a trend towards developing intrauterine lesions.
