Summary: | The results of computational studies of the stress-strain state and strength of a metal lined composite overwrapped pressure vessel are presented. It is shown that the features of the stress-strain state of the metal liner and its interaction with the composite shell significantly influence the deformability and strength of the pressure vessel. The ultimate pressure and the main factors influencing the geometry stability of the vessel are determined. |
