Measuring Crime in Public Housing: Methodological Issues and Research Strategies

The primary research objective of this study was to develop tools to evaluate crime prevention in public housing. Valid statistics on the levels of crime in public housing do not exist. To date, there have been few attempts to systematically measure crime in public housing.
