Summary: | Based on a sample of “adolescent” firms in technology-based industries, this study analyzes the effects on performance of two aspects of product strategy-product leadership and product/market focus, two aspects of strategic implementation-stakeholder input and employee empowerment, and the interaction of product strategy and strategic implementation variables. Five aspects of performance are examined, including growth rate, R&D, profit, financial stability, and future prospects. |
