Summary:Purpose The purpose of this poster is to determine whether hand therapists continue to use the place & hold technique or if they are transitioning to early active motion following flexor tendon repair. Methods A survey of currently practicing hand therapists throughout the country will be conducted using survey monkey, asking whether they are using the place & hold technique with active motion beginning at 21 days post op, or whether they are transitioning to the early active motion technique beginning 3 to 5 days post repair.
