Description
Summary:We present investigations of the 1/f noise fluctuations with the different setup temperatures of the tunable laser diode. The measurements are reported from the terminal of the external photodiode using LAB View Signal Express software. The fast Fourier transform method has been implemented, the power spectral density is evaluated at different operation temperatures of the diode laser. The amplitude A of 1/f noise at 1 kHz, and the relation between the frequency exponent factor α and temperatures has been demonstrated. The results show that the power spectral density of the 1/f noise, as well as the value of α decreases as the temperature, increase.
