Summary:The aim of this study was to compare the risk for ischemic and bleeding events associated with prasugrel versus clopidogrel in Asians undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) for acute coronary syndrome (ACS) using propensity score matching analysis. Major ischemic events were defined as the composite of in-hospital death, recurrent myocardial infarction and ischemic stroke.
