Summary:On transthoracic echocardiogram (TTE), there was no elevation of systolic pulmonary arterial pressure or other findings that suggested pulmonary hypertension (PH). Since she had chest pain and anticipated pregnancy in the near future, patency of the LAD and RCA was evaluated by left and right heart catheterization.
