USEFULNESS OF NOVEL ROADMAP GUIDED PERCUTANEOUS CORONARY INTERVENTION FOR BIFURCATION LESIONS (THE WORLD'S FIRST CASES)

Background In percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) for complex lesions, it was a problem to increase radiation exposure, contrast media and procedure time. Conclusion In PCI for bifurcation lesions, the radiation and contrast media were decreased in RG-PCI compared with conventional PCI.
