MITRAL STENOSIS DUE TO VEIN GRAFT FISTULA

Background Saphenous vein graft (SVG) aneurysms are a rare complication of Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG). Decision-making The patient was initially given intravenous metoprolol to decrease his mitral valve gradients however he was also found to have a decreased cardiac output.
