Summary:Methods Patients >30 years old who diagnosed with NSTEMI and underwent PCI or CABG between January and November of 2013 & 2014 were identified in Nationwide Readmission Database using International Classification of Diseases 9. The major cause of readmission was chest pain/acute coronary syndrome (ACS) (27%) in PCI and surgical complication (19%) in CABG group.
