Summary:With the recent premature death of Larry L. Cummings, the field of management has lost a great scholar and teacher. He was on of the first doctoral students in organizational behavior. Besides his great contributions as a scholar, Cummings also helped shape the relatively young field of organizational behavior and build many of its institutions.
