Wprowadzenie w zakładach przeróbki mechanicznej węgla wirówek sedymentacyjno-sitowych do odwadniania koncentratu flotacyjnego skutkowało pojawieniem się w obiegu wodnomułowym odcieku z części sedymentacyjnej zawierającego znaczne ilości najdrobniejszych frakcji węgla. Spowodowało to szereg problemów w układzie technologicznym. Inwestor szukał technologii, za pomocą której mógłby rozwiązać tę kwestię. Dzięki zastosowaniu prasy filtracyjnej GHT 1500 obecnie inwestor odzyskuje znaczne ilości pełnowartościowego węgla koksującego przy jednoczesnym wyczyszczeniu obiegu wodno-mułowego. |
