Description
Summary:Corporate needs are expressed with more acuteness everyday within the business world. So as to secure their growth, corporations must now implement a concert process with all the stakeholders. The aim is to define with them an operating process which will satisfy all the interests at stake. The capacity of the organisation to ensure its own development on the long term will depend on the quality of the relationships set between these stakeholders. There is thus a double object to this contribution. First the need to take into account the stakeholders' expectations, especially in the ecological and social fields, will be shown. Secondly, the part played by a relational approach in the success of a sustainable strategy will be demonstrated. [PUBLICATION ABSTRACT]
