P‐112: A Study on the Effect of Electrical Characteristics of HTL on Electrical Properties of QLED and its Efficiency
Effects of enhanced balance of charge injection into EML were investigated by changing ETL and HTL materials and thickness. The electron and hole current balance measured was not indicatives of the enhanced current efficacy of the QLED devices.
