Summary:This paper introduces a new low‐power driving method based on gaze tracking for organic light emitting diode (OLED) displays. In the proposed method, the image data becomes darker as it is farther from the gaze point. We verified that our proposed method can reduce power consumption by about 27% without degradation in quality of experience (QoE) through a psychophysical experiment.
