Summary:Besides these two criteria, lately the degree of crystallinity of fine mineral particles below 10 pm is becoming more important as fine grinding process produces particles with nanocrystallite structure which exhibits abnormal behavior such as enhance hydrometallurgy process, low annealing temperature, reactivity improvement of cementitious materials, formation of metastable phases and particles with high surface energy. Particles contained in the hopper is continuously fed by screw feeder into the grinding chamber where they are ground at the meeting point of the twelve concurrent air jets formed by ceramic nozzles supplied with compressed air. First the sand is screened for desired particle size and fed into the booth mixer by using bucket elevator. +The mixture of water and binders is sprayed through nozzles into the sand5.
