Summary:Evidence from U-Pb geochronological data detailing age relations between metamorphism of the Slyudyanka granulite and the Khamar Daban zoned metamorphic complexes is presented. The obtained geochronological data suggest that the granulite metamorphism of the Slyudyanka Complex postdated (by no less than 1015 Ma) the high-temperature metamorphism of Khamar Daban.
