High-Al gabbros in the Laramie Anorthosite Complex, Wyoming: Implications for the compostition of melts parental to Proterozoic anorthosite

New petrographic, mineralogical, and geochemical data on high-Al gabbros in the 1.43 Ga Laramie anorthosite complex in Wyoming are discussed, as well as their role in the evolution of anorthositic rocks.
