Summary:The effect modification by Mn 2 O 3 (III) manganese oxide has on the structure, microstructure, and dielectric and piezoelectric characteristics of the ceramics of (Bi 0.95 − x Pb 0.05 + x )(Fe 0.95 − x /2 Ti 0.05 Nb x /2 )O 3 binary solid solutions ( x = 0.25, 0.30, 0.35) is studied. The formation of crystal structure and the dielectric and piezoelectric parameters of ceramics are investigated within wide ranges of temperature and frequency.
