Description
Summary:An experimental method for three-dimensional (3D) imaging of ferroelectric domain patterns using digital holographic tomography is presented. The implementation of this method employs the curvilinear filtered back-projection. Our experimental method has been demonstrated on the imagining of the domain structure in a periodically poled lithium niobate single crystal. The developed method allows fast and accurate 3D observations of ferroelectric domain structures in the whole volume of the ferroelectric single crystals on the millimeter scale.
