Summary:Numerical designing of a photonic crystal fiber in Ga8Sb32S60 chalcogenide glass with flat-top dispersion has been reported for mid-IR nonlinear applications. This structure offers a very low negative dispersion and high nonlinear coefficient of 1482 W-1. Km-1 at pump wavelength of 2800 nm. The proposed design has potential nonlinear application as broadband mid-IR supercontinuum generation.
