Summary:With the continuous development of internet technology and computer technology, various English teaching systems based on computer algorithms emerge as the times require. It has been developed rapidly, which realizes the sharing of English teaching information and intelligent teaching management. But algorithm optimization for improving students’ English achievement has not yet appeared. This paper constructs a LCAM model based on neural network, and the original “full intelligence” algorithm is used to achieve students’ English achievement and optimization of English Teaching Strategies. So teachers can make more targeted English teaching activities according to the optimization results of the system algorithm. At the same time, it realizes the depth mining of students’ characteristics information, and provides more solutions for the optimization of English teaching strategies.
