Summary:Fundamental role of information and communication technology in facilitating the process of transition of industrial society to information society and growth of information and communication technology gives the opportunity to the Governments provide better services to citizens by fundamental changes in their body. So, it is more than a decade that the projects of creating electronic cities is being done in different countries. In Iran also the government has taken steps to create such a city. This study identifying the infrastructures required for establishing business intelligence-based electronic city and develop a conceptual model in which infrastructures required for establishing business intelligence-based electronic city according to their nature will be classified.
