Summary: | Models of voting behavior in union representation elections have largely been concerned with the relationship between work dissatisfaction and pro-union voting and post-hoc analyses of election outcomes. A model is developed which incorporates some variables not previously given prominence in the literature and some testable propositions are derived. |
