On Hexagonal Three-Webs Formed by the Cartesian Net and a Family of Circles

Using Elie Cartan’s method, we prove that there are only two types of regular threewebs formed by the Cartesian net and a family of circles: three-webs ( C 1 ) with family of concentric circles and three-webs ( C 2 ) with family of circles of a fixed radius whose centers belong to a line.
