Summary: | Innovation and fostering creativity is the way to success and progress in today's business world. Organization restructuring is the step to increase the efficiency by optimum utilization of all resources and hence making organization more competitive. In today's scenario, Employers are looking for people who are capable of performing various tasks and roles in their organization and could be transformed into a productive workforce. This study examines the impact of organizational restructuring of L & T Group on employability and also determines the relationship between organizational restructuring and employability factors of employees. The study used an explanatory research design in data collection. To know the impact on employability factors a survey has been conducted among 120 employees through questionnaire of L & T group in Delhi-NCR. The data was analyzed using Pearson product moment correlation and with the help of SPSS16 version. The study found that organization restructuring positively impact the employability factors of employees. |
