Summary:In this paper, the existence and uniqueness of the solution of a nonlinear singular integral equation, which has broad applications in the theory of elementary particles and scattering, have been investigated in Holder space. An iteration method is proposed for the approximate solution of this nonlinear singular integral equation. Furthermore, it is demonstrated that this iteration method converges.
