Summary: | Localized modification of electric conductive properties inside polyfluorene derivative by using focused femtosecond laser was demonstrated. Photoinduced structures are composed of amorphous carbon transferred from three-dimensional configuration of cardo structure. Such space-selective photoinduced microstructures exhibit high electrical conductivity of about 30 S/m. |
