Summary:Coronary heart disease (CHD) is currently one of the major health problems in the world. CHD is defined as the presence of minimal ≥ 50% stenosis in a single coronary artery proven by angiographic examination.time, it is known that microalbuminuria is a picture of a thorough and equitable process of endothelial damage glomerulus, retina and tunika intima of large blood vessels. Fifty-eight CHD patients were obtained from the outpatient medical records of H. Adam Malik Hospital Medan who underwent angiographic examination and met the inclusion criteria. The number of subjects with male and female gender amounted to 29 people each with an average age of 50 years. Complete blood lab data, troponin T, CKMB, microalbuminuria, and angiography were performed. Statistical analysis with chi-square correlation test. Of the 58 subjects obtained results, indicating of 30 subjects with macroalbuminuria there were 28 people (93.3%) with grade 3-4 grade coronary artery lesions. Meanwhile, of 28 subjects with microalbuminuria, only 9 people (32.1%) with grade 3-4. The result of analysis with chi-square test showed that there was a significant correlation between microalbuminuria with the degree of coronary artery lesion (p
