Summary:This is research was conducted in a company engaged in the field of plastic resin processing, as the main raw material for packing rice and fertilizer. The problem is formulated to this work is the influence of temperature and noise levels to the activities of the operator at the work station of smoothed woven plastic sacks. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the effects of temperature and noise level on the work of the operator at the work station smoothed woven plastic sacks on this manufacturing with ANOVA method as hypothesis testing. The result from this research that shown temperature factor in this company has a significant influence on the work of operator. This study suggests for deeper research on the temperature in this company so that the operator comfortable in working.
