Summary: | Flexible Work Practices were initially, and are still more commonly, targeted towards women as a means for them to stay in the workforce while continuing to tend to their home and children. There has recently been an emergence of men venturing into Flexible Work Practices. This study investigates the males' and females' perspective as to why they work flexibly and the impact it has on them and their employer. [PUBLICATION ABSTRACT] |
