Compound melanocytic naevus arising within the skin in benign mature cystic teratoma

Compound benign nevus arising in a mature cystic teratoma is a rare disease which has no clinical significance. A case study of an ovarian cyst which showed a melanocytic nevus arising within a benign teratoma on pathological examination is discussed.
