The Ca(2)(plus)-release channel\ryanodine receptor is localized in junctional and corbular sarcoplasmic reticulum in cardiac muscle
The subcellular distribution of the calcium 2 plus-release channel/ryanodine receptor in adult rat papillary myofibers is examined. Findings show that the calcium 2 plus release channel/ryanodine receptor is localized to both the junctional and corbular sarcoplasmic reticulm.
