Description
Summary:The well-known cell culture of the malignant tumor neuroblastoma, which is capable of reversible differentiation and spontaneous regression, is of special interest. However, the quantitative composition of nutrient media, whose components facilitate the transition from proliferation to differentiation or apoptosis have not yet been established. The goal of this study was to determine the role of certain components of complex nutrient media in the listed processes.
