Trypsin-modified-fused-silica capillary microreactor for peptide mapping by capillary zone electrophoresis
An analytical procedure involving trypsin immobilized on the inner surface of a 50 microm-i.d. fused-silica capillary has been developed for on-line digestion of minute amounts of protein. Laser-induced fluorescence was used to detect the separated NDA-labeled tryptic peptides in the digest.
